Meta Ads Management

Facebook and Instagram for lead generation and e-commerce, with retargeting, lookalike audiences and creative tested continuously rather than once.

On Meta the account structure matters less than it used to and the creative matters far more. Campaigns rarely fail because the targeting was wrong; they fail because the same three ads ran for four months.

We treat creative as the variable under test. New concepts enter on a schedule, losers are cut on evidence rather than opinion, and the winners tell us what your audience actually responds to.

What's included

Account and pixel setup

Business Manager structure, pixel and Conversion API, domain verification and event prioritisation, so the platform can optimise on the event that matters to you.

Audience architecture

Cold, warm and retargeting layers that do not compete with each other for the same impression, built from your customer data rather than from interest guesswork.

Creative production and testing

Static, video and UGC-style concepts produced on a rotation, with a testing structure that isolates one variable at a time.

Retargeting

Sequenced by how far someone got, so a visitor who abandoned a cart does not see the same ad as one who read a blog post.

E-commerce

Catalogue setup, Advantage+ shopping campaigns, and feed hygiene, for accounts where the product range does the selling.

Reporting

Blended and platform-reported numbers side by side, so you can see the gap rather than pick whichever is more flattering.

What you get

Concrete outputs, not a retainer with vague scope.

  • Business Manager and tracking audit
  • Audience map with the logic behind each layer
  • Creative testing calendar with concepts scheduled ahead
  • Ad copy and creative direction, or production if you need it
  • Weekly report on spend, cost per result, and creative performance
  • Monthly review with the next quarter's creative plan

Questions we get asked

Does iOS tracking still make Meta unreliable?

Attribution is less precise than it was, which is why we set up the Conversion API and read platform numbers alongside your own blended figures. Neither is the whole truth on its own.

Do you produce the creative?

We can, or we direct it and you produce. What does not work is running paid social without a supply of new creative, so this gets agreed at kickoff rather than left open.

How much creative do you need to test properly?

As a working rule, three to five new concepts a month for an account spending meaningfully. Below that, you are managing budget rather than improving performance.
