Google Ads Management
Capture demand that already exists. Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and YouTube, run against a cost per acquisition you agree to before we spend anything.
Google is where intent is highest and waste is easiest. Most accounts we open are bidding on terms that will never convert, running one ad group per campaign, and reporting on clicks because nobody wired the conversions.
We rebuild the account around what you actually sell, then manage it week by week against a target you set. Every change we make is written down, with the reason and the expected effect.
What's included
Audit and restructure
We start with what exists: wasted spend, search term reports, conversion setup. If the account is worth keeping, we restructure it. If it is not, we say so.
Search and Shopping
Keyword and negative strategy, ad group structure, feed optimisation for Shopping, and ad copy written to qualify rather than to maximise clicks.
Performance Max
Asset groups built by product or service line, audience signals from your own data, and brand exclusions so PMax does not simply buy traffic you already had.
Display and YouTube
Used where they earn their place: retargeting, in-market audiences, and video for markets where search volume is thin.
Bidding and budget
Bid strategy matched to your data volume, with budget moved between campaigns weekly rather than left to drift.
Conversion tracking
Set up before launch, not after. Offline conversion import where your sale closes in a CRM rather than on the site.
What you get
Concrete outputs, not a retainer with vague scope.
- Account audit with a written list of what we would change and why
- Restructured account with documented naming and campaign logic
- Keyword, negative and audience strategy
- Ad copy variants in test from launch
- Weekly report: spend, return, and the change we are making next
- Monthly review against the targets agreed at kickoff
Questions we get asked
What is the minimum budget worth starting with?
Below roughly $3,000 a month in media there is rarely enough data to optimise on, and you are better off putting that money into one channel done properly. We will tell you if that is your situation.
How long before we see something?
First campaigns go live within weeks. Meaningful optimisation needs enough conversions to be statistically real, which is usually four to eight weeks depending on your volume.
Who owns the account?
You do. We work in your Google Ads account under your billing. If we stop working together, nothing leaves with us.
Can you work with an existing account?
Usually yes, and it is often better: account history feeds the bidding algorithms. We only recommend starting fresh when the existing structure would cost more to untangle than to rebuild.
