This policy describes what happens to personal data in connection with this website. It is short because the site does very little: there is no account system, no form, no analytics and no advertising technology on it.

Who is responsible

DOWI PROJECT MANAGEMENT, registered in Dubai under number 1051715, The Court Tower, Floor 22, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, decides how and why personal data is processed in connection with this site. Requests can be sent to the email address published in our contact section.

What this site collects

Browsing this site does not require you to provide anything. We do not run analytics, tag managers or advertising pixels, and we do not build a profile of your visit.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs, which include IP addresses and technical request data. These are generated by the infrastructure for security and operational reasons, kept for a limited period, and not used by us for any other purpose.

If you write to us

When you email us, we receive your name, your email address and whatever you choose to put in the message. We use it to answer you and, if we go on to work together, to manage that relationship. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent or share it with anyone for marketing purposes.

Correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful to the enquiry or to the business relationship it leads to, and deleted when it no longer is.

Who else can see it

Two providers are involved by the nature of how the service works. Our hosting provider, Vercel, Inc., operates the servers that deliver this site, which means server logs and request data may be processed on infrastructure located outside the United Arab Emirates, including in the United States. Our email provider carries our correspondence. Neither is given access to your data for their own purposes, and we do not transfer personal data to anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our use of it. Write to the address in our contact section and we will respond within thirty days. There is no charge, and you do not need to justify the request.

Children

This site is intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under sixteen.

Changes

If we add anything that collects data, such as analytics or a contact form, this page will be updated before that change goes live, and the date at the top will change with it.
